A 50% deposit is required in order to confirm booking, with the exceptions of company accounts
No person other than the company chauffeurs are permitted to drive the company's cars. Subject to this condition being observed and the legal numbers of passengers is not exceeded, vehicles are insured for damage by collision, fire, theft and the chauffeur's legal liability to his passengers in the event of an accident. In addition, a reasonable amount of luggage (but not bank notes, documents, jewellery, stamps or trade goods) is insured.
Reasonable amounts of luggage can be accommodated, however, excess baggage will be transported in another vehicle at the expense of the client.
The company cannot accept responsibility for delays howsoever caused.
The company's chauffeur will, unless specifically instructed by the client, travel by the route, which in his opinion is the most appropriate for that day.
Any damage caused, by passenger or passenger's actions, to Company property during the period of hire will be charged at full cost plus any loss of earnings.
Airport runs – Flights delayed passengers will incur £15.00 waiting charge per hour plus parking costs.

Cancellations - If made more than a week before booked time there will be no charge. If cancellation occurs between 3 days and 7 days before booked time, a charge of 30% will apply. If cancellation occurs 48 hours before the booked time the full charge will be applied. |
